Villa fiorita is a two floor characteristic amalfi style villa sloping towards the sea. Villa Fiorita offers a wonderful view on the beach, the sea and the Amalfi Coast. The structure can be reached walking up along a public pedestrian 100 m long track including 160 steps. The villa is 100 square metres wide and is provided with reserved terraces overlooking the see and equipped with a table, chairs, beach umbrellas and loungers. The villa is accessible from a reserved garden partially shady by a scented lemon pergola. Dining-room on the first floor, elegant and bright furnishment including a two beds sofa. Each of the three rooms is equipped with an autonomous air conditioner and a safe. On the ground floor there are a kitchen equipped with gas cookers, an oven, a fridge with freezer and a TV. From the kitchen guests con reach a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Villa Fiorita is provided with two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with a bath tub) and an extra toilet with a washing machine. In addition the villa offers bed and bath linen, air conditioning and heating. Fifty euros as an extra for the final cleaning, 100 € as a guarantee deposit, 5 € for air conditioning and heating usage requested. Pets are welcome.
