Villa Pastello is an apartment composed of a large open kitchen and living room with four master bedrooms. The apartment is situated in a historical context that is in a courtyard from the 1700th century, located dependently of the owner’s villa, which is an antique luxury residential estate, with frescoed salons and very large ‘Italian Gardens’ with age-old trees with essences of the five continents. Considering, its own historical characteristics and naturalistic of the garden, it is submitted for protection by the environment to the ‘Monuments & Fine Arts Office’. The apartment has recently been renovated so you can find all types of comfort, in respect of the same nature and architectural characteristics of an antique building.
The Villa Pastello is located in Dolcé and it is a convenient connection from Highway A22, Verona Nord Gate. The distance is approx. 15 km from Villa Pastello to Gate A22. You can reach the town of Verona following the Brennero National Road SS12 up to Ospitaletto where you find a main road ‘Tangenziale’ and in 10 minutes you will arrive in Verona Centrum. In 15 km you can also reach ‘Garda Lake’ following the National Road SS12 in the opposite direction to Verona up to the intersection at ‘Passo Napoleone’ where you take a right turn. Near Dolcé there is a railway station where you have the possibility to reach everywhere. Rent-a-car is available for those that arrive without cars. The rent car prices are convenient.

Attractions
The garden-park is spreading on several levels as a natural theatre with an extension of a surface of 12.000 m2. It is established from an initial part flat where you enter from an antique iron wrought gate marked with the initial ‘R’ of the old property owner (Ruzzenenti). The characteristics of the garden is symmetric and geometric of the parts; in fact at the beginning we find two big trees within the middle two age-old firs, all around there are buxses shaped hedges with characteristics of flower-beds with circular shape symmetric among them. Successively, we find a central and two lateral paths surrounding the rows of trees which separate two flats swards. Further away we find two lateral flights of steps that reach suspended larger steps like a natural theatre. The essences of the age-old trees are: pine, fir, Chinese Meddler, Khaki, Bays, etc. Also in the super elevated zone the symmetry goes on and the age-old pines are seated in a geometric way. Going uphill the lateral paths joined four suspended large steps surrounded by dry-stone walls laterally as much space to reach the main gate to the woods that extends through the hill below the Monte Pastello. Also in the woods we find a little path and dry-stone walls with geometrical route and again firs, pines, age-old oaks all along uphill through to Monte Pastello.
