La Vecchia Quercia is situated in Southern Italy in the region of Campania, a few kilometres from Salerno.
The estate extends over 26 hectares of land on the hills near the Castle of Montevetrano, the ruins of a mediaeval building with roman origins.
Surrounded by wine-yards, elegant oak trees, citrus and olive trees, and forest of chestnut and other nut trees, lies two charming country houses built at the beginning of the 20th century and reserved for Guests. One house containing the bedrooms, the other one the kitchen, living-room and dining-rooms.
San Cipriano is situated in the hilly area of Regional Park Monti icentini”, the largest forested astness of southern Italy.
Close to La Vecchia Quercia you will find easy to reach sites well-known for their beauty and cultural interest: Naples, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Sorrento the Amalfi Coast with Amalfi, Ravello, Positano and small fishermen’s villages.
You can reach Capri and Ischia by boat or visit the Cilento coast with archaelogical sites of Paestum and Velia, The National Park, the Charterhouse in Padula, Agropoli and Palinuro and many other extraordinary places are yours to discover.

Double rooms they are at ground floor on the portico and the garden: it is possible to add a single bed. Suites they are at the first floor and they are on two levels, with beds in the mansard; big panoramic terrace and a single sofa bed. Single rooms they have a big bed (120,00 cm instead of 80,00 cm)
