In Torgiano, the open countryside in the province of Perugia, the Holiday Farmhouse I Mori Gelsi takes us back in time. Comprising of several cottages all providing the most modern comforts. The main one is divided into two apartments, each one with two floors, BRUFA and Mela; adjoining but independent there is the apartment NIDO. The Farmhouse is situated within a farm which produces DOC Wine, Tobacco, Beetroot, Vegetables. Next to the cottages we can also find a 50 sqm. Swimming pool. In addition each apartment is provided with independent heating, washing-machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing-board, hairdryer, safe, mobile barbecue in the private outdoor gazebo.

How To Arrive
Arriving from the SOUTH: follow the Motorway “del Sole” (A1) taking the toll exit for ORTE. Follow the main road in the direction of Terni. Before arriving in Terni, on the right take the fork for "PERUGIA-CESENA" (E45). Continue as far as the exit for "TORGIANO-PONTENUOVO". On arrival at Torgiano, ask for the FATTORIA SPINOLA.
Arriving from the North: take the exit from the A1 at the toll-booth for VALDICHIANA, in the direction of PERUGIA. Follow the E45 main-road as far as the exit for TORGIANO.

The whole structure is composed of 1 main cottage divided into 2 spacious apartments each one accommodating from 6 people, and the adjoining apartment for 2 people. BRUFA and MELA (6 people each one): Each apartment comprises of:

Two complete bathrooms, one with a bath, the other a shower
A living/breakfast room on the ground floor
Living room on the first floor with a cast-iron stove and fireplace
Spacious and fully-equipped wooden kitchen.
