The Relais Falisco is a splendid seventeenth century palace, completely restored, in the hearth of the historical centre of Civita Castellana, at 50mt from the cathedral and at 100mt from Sangallo fortress. The Relais Falisco is situated in Civita Castellana, just 16 km from the motorway exit of Magliano Sabina (A1 Milan / Naples). It is easily reached in less than one hour from Rome and at only 20 minutes from Vallelunga track and the famous Le Querce golf course.
Relais Falisco has at its disposal 42 rooms (34 standard + 8 suites), for a total of 80 beds. The furniture, selected with care, respects the atmosphere. For example, some doors, main doors, wood floor and the Etruscan cave have been recuperated and carefully restored, which gives the hotel a unique look. Inside the cave, for relax: gym room, sauna and a Jacuzzi.
The small square with the fountain and a small flower garden, is an oasis of tranquillity.
Relais Falisco offers 3 meeting rooms, recuperated from the barn of the palace: the Civita hall, Etrusca and Castellana meeting rooms. The main room can comfortably accommodate up to 70 persons. Every room, with daylight, is equipped with screen, overhead projector and paper board; every room, if needed, can be furnished with more specific technical supports.
Meeting rooms are available for business meetings, seminars, congresses and even exhibition.
Restaurant La Scuderia is located in the ex stable of the palace. It offers an excellent local cuisine and an extraordinary variety of Italian wines. The hotel does not directly manage the restaurant but they work together in perfect harmony.

HOW TO REACH RELAIS FALISCO
From highway A1
Exit Magliano Sabina – After station, turn right for Civita Castellana, go always straight on till the road sign for Civita Castellana centre, on your right. Continue on this road till the exit for Civita Castellana centre- Duomo dei Cosmati (it is the second exit for Civita Castellana centre).
You’ll arrive in a street with trees on both sides. Go always straight on, in spite of the panel of no entry (the bridge is forbidden only for trucks), till the Cathedral square, cross it and on your right, follow the little street: via Don Minzoni.
To enter the hotel, by car, turn on the left side, beside the porch, before the balcony with flags.
From Rome
By car:
Reach the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Annulare). Exit gate 5, direction Cassia bis for Viterbo. Continue till the exit Nepi / Civita Castellana, just after the exit of Monterosi. In the city of Nepi, turn left for Civita Castellana. Before the city, take exit for Civita Castellana centre.

By train:
At the railway station of Cotral Cie, at Flaminio square (stop for bus and subway B), take the train for Viterbo, it stops at Civita Castellana after about 1 hour 30’. Outside the station, in via della Repubblica, turn on the left side. After the bridge, climb the street on the right side, cross the main square of the city, go right to arrive at via Garibaldi, on the left side of the city hall. At the Cathedral square, go straight on till the little street just in front of you: via Don Minzoni. The hotel is situated at about 600mt from the railway station.
By train:
In the airport’s railway station, take the train for Orte (1 each hour). Get off the train at the second to last station Civita Castellana-Borghetto, situated at about 5kms from the hotel. Take a taxi.
By airplane
From Leonardo da Vinci /Fiumicino Airport in Rome
By car:
Outside the airport station, take first direction to Rome, after about 10 kms, take direction highway for Firenze. You will be on G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Annulare), take exit 5, direction Cassia bis for Viterbo. Continue till the exit Nepi / Civita Castellana, just after the exit of Monterosi.
