Relais Villa Valentini is the fruit of a very careful restructuring of a stone farm house from the 700’s. It got its name from the family who lived here. It's the perfect destination for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Umbria, in a place where it seems that time has stopped.

The atmosphere that you will feel here is the warmth and authenticity of the hotel staff, of whom will make your stay the most enjoyable possible. The walls of the hotel are built in centuries old brick and the ceilings are with wooden beams. The furniture is simple but comfortable arte povera.
Our guests can relax by the swimming pool and take the sun. Go walking in the park that has century-old trees, in the surrounding area it’s possible to play tennis or go horse riding.
The long rooms, dug in the Venanzite (a volcanic stone) more than two centuries ago, was in the farming days where the olive press was kept and has now been made into The Restaurant la Credenza.
The chef creates very tasty dishes, using typical products from the area... extra virgin olive oil, "Chianina meat, black truffles... always served with high quality wines. We also have a wood oven for excellent pizzas.
