The long rooms, dug in the Venanzite (a volcanic stone) more than two centuries ago, was in the farming days where the olive press was kept and has now been made into The Restaurant la Credenza. The chef creates very tasty dishes, using typical products from the area... extra virgin olive oil, "Chianina meat, black truffles... always served with high quality wines. We also have a wood oven for excellent pizzas.
