In this context, just 2 km from Fonti del Clitunno, on the slopes of Trevi, city entered to belong to the prestigious national circuit "I Borghi Più Belli D'Italia", lies Casa Giulia, an old landholder’s home from the 17th century that still belongs to the same family. Recently transformed into an elite guesthouse, we offer our guests a taste of relaxation and tranquility.
The house has 7 spacious rooms, four of which have air conditioning, all rooms are furnished with period places and one has frescoes dating from the 17th century showing views of the valley.
In summer, breakfast is served in the large, tree-shaded garden and from which there is a view of the sunny swimming pool adorned with magnificent oleanders.
In the building of the XVIII° century, overlooking the house, two mini-apartments are found, furnished of air conditioning and private services.

Casa Giulia has seven spacious rooms, all with private services and you furnish with furniture and paintings in style of epoch. Four of them are with conditioned air. The suite Fiordaliso is composed of two communicating rooms. Anemone is a room with three beds, one matrimonial and an individual, while the other ones are double rooms: Ortensia Margherita Verbena Affreschi.
In the ancient building of the XVIII° century, overlooking the house, are the mini-apartments Agrifoglio and Girasole both with conditioned air, with double room, kitchen and private services.
Continental breakfast besides sweets and hand made biscuits, mousse of fruit and fragrant crossaint. On request: eggs, cheese and ham.
The reception is family and warm. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing; our guests can use the spaces of the house and the ample garden besides the great and sunny swimming pool decorated by magnificent oleanders.
Meeting
Casa Giulia has salt for meeting, of different cut, some modulabilis, with the possibility of coffee break and a service of catering for breakfasts, suppers of job and receptions.
Inside the house it is available a meeting room with capacity up to 60 people. In the ancient building of the XVIII° century, overlooking the house, there are the communicating rooms: fienile, limonaia, selle e camino, which can entertain up to 230 people.
