The new apartments SOL'EUR in Versilia will be available from april 2006. Made from the renovation of a splendid Villa, they are just 100 meters distance from the sea, 400 meters from the hotel eur, in a an elegant area in the centre of Lido di Camaiore, surrounded byt the woods, in a quiet residential area. All the apartments are provided of private parking, small garden, at disposal for every apartment 2 bicycles. Apartment of different size from the one-room flat for 2/3 people, to the three-room flats for 3/4 people, to the four-rooms flat for 5/6 people. All the apartments are provided of airconditioning and heating, private bathrooms, safety box, satellite TV, alarm system. The clients will have the chance to choose between the traditional rental system, or the formula "APPARThotel" choosing to use the primary services of the hotel like the swimming pool, the garden, the gym, and against payment also the meals in the hotel (please ask for the estimate cost). During the months of July/August it is absolutely forbidden to park in the hotel's parking area, at present are available the maps with description of each apartment.
