Unser kleiner landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb "Fiordaliso" entstand mit dem Ziel, sich auf den Olivenanbau und somit auf die Produktion von extrareinem Olivenöl höchster Qualität DOP zu spezialisieren. Inmitten der 700 Olivenbäume, die zu unserem Betrieb gehören, stand in einmaliger, sonniger Lage mit weitem freiem Blick auf dieTalebene auch ein zerfallenes Haus mit Nebengebäuden. Bei der Renovierung wurde der mittlere Teil im Originalmauerwerk belassen, da dieser Teil Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts eine Feldkapelle war. Zu Beginn des letzten Jahrhunderts wurde diese Konstruktion dann zu einem Bauernhof ausgebaut, der jetzt von uns unter Berücksichtigung seiner Besonderheiten liebevoll renoviert und zum heutigen Landhaus "Fiordaliso" umgestaltet wurde. Im Fiordaliso können Sie das fest verwurzelte landwirtschaftliche Engagement verbunden mit gepflegter Gastlichkeit spüren.Wir sprechen außer italienisch auch deutsch, englisch und französisch und legen Wert darauf, jeden Gast herzlich zu empfangen und aufmerksam zu betreuen, um den Aufenthalt bei uns so angenehm und erholsam wie möglich zu gestalten.

Die Ferienwohnungen des Bauernhofes Borgo Santa Maria in Monteleone d’Orvieto wurden aus 4 restaurierten Landhäusern ausgenutzt. Die ursprüngliche Architektur ist weitgehend enthalten und das Ambiente erinnert an die damaligen Bauerhäuser. Es gibt nämlich Balkendecken aus Holz, Kamine aus Felsen, Epochenmöbeln, bunte Gardinen und originelle Gegenstände. Draußen ist das grüne Hügelland mit Obstgarten und kleinem See zu bewundern. Es gibt auch einen Schwimmbad mit Hydromassage-Bereich, Fußball- und Volleyballplatz, Kinderspielplatz und Parkgelegenheit.

Das Country House Santa Croce ist ein Kloster des 18.Jahrhunderts, das sorgfältig und behutsam renoviert wurde. Tiziano und Patrizia kamen vor fünf Jahren hierher und haben seitdem Meone Vecchio auf liebevolle Art und Weise restauriert. Sie haben das Haus mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet und den ursprünglichen Charakter (Deckenbalken, Steinwände, Terracotta-Fliesen, originale Feuerstelle) beibehalten.
