La struttura, costruita interamente in pietra, è tipica di questa zona: bianca, di forma irregolare, con un corpo centrale dal quale si sviluppano, a mò di grappolo, tutti gli ambienti circostanti. Il ristorante, le camere, la cantina, il forno a legna si affacciano sull’ampio piazzale, il centro della antica vita agreste. Intorno, una campagna immensa e un grande bosco.

Nella pietrosa Cassano Murge, situata ai piedi di una sinuosa collina, immersa nel verde di ampie distese di terra, sorge "l'Agriturismo Fasano". L'azienda, dotata di cucina casereccia e camere ben strutturate e accoglienti, è situata in prossimità di boschi secolari, dove l'aria limpida e salubre e la quiete che regna, creano uno scenario incantevole.
La "Physiocenter Fasano S.a.s" si occupa di trattamenti fisioterapici (massaggi, manipolazioni, tens, ionoforesi, magnetoterapia, ed elettrostimolazioni in genere, linfodrenaggio ecc.) inoltre la struttura è attrezzata per trattamenti di idroterapia ed è affiancata da altra piscina per trattamenti benessere il tutto seguito da personale specializzato.
Inoltre la struttura e attrezzata con cavalli tranquilli per ippoterapia.
Il gruppo associato "Agriturismo & Physiocenter Fasano S.a.s." che offre cucina casereccia e comode stanze da letto tutte attrezzate per disabili, diventa un ottimo centro di cura e soggiorno turistico dato che il centro è situato in una posizione geografica che permette di raggiungere in poco tempo località come i famosi sassi di Matera, i trulli di Alberobello, il giardino zoologico e parco giochi di Fasano, la grande foresta di Mercadante, la diga di San Giuliano e i tanti paesi del circondario che meritano di essere visitati.

L'azienda prevalentemente agricola, con decine di ettari di boschi di querce e terreno coltivabile a frumento e ortaggi vari, è gestita esclusivamente dal Sig.Caponio e famiglia da ben tre generazioni.
E' dal 1990 che l'azienda ha aperto al pubblico per far degustare i prodotti della produzione locale e far conoscere ai propri ospiti i sapori di una volta grazie ad una cucina sobria e genuina.

Palazzo Senape de Pace, located in Gallipoli's old town, close to the "Purità" beach, was built between the sixteenth and the seventeenth century by the Romito family. It was bought by Stanislao and Gregorio de Pace and come to the Senape family afterwards the wedding between Domenico Senape and Teresa de Pace, Stanislao's daughter and niece of Antonietta de Pace, heroine of the Italian Risorgimento and Gregorio's daughter.
The stable and the management are located on the ground floor.
The first floor, reserved to the family, is decorated with religious and naturalistic frescoes and paintings, attributed to the painters Nicolò and Carlo Malinconico. The beautiful frames of the doors and the inner loggia are also remarkable.
On the second floor with independent entrance and lift there are the guest quarters; the well-furnished rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fridge, private bathrooms, TV. They overlook the picturesque alleys of the old town or big lightly terraces.
The view of Gallipoli's gulf and old town with its churches and buildings is particularly charming by the highest terrace, where breakfast is served.

Eden Park Hôtel se situe à Marina di Pulsano, en proximité de Taranto.
