L'hôtel Green se trouve à 3 kilomètres d'Assise et il a été réalisé en restructurant une maison de campagne du 1800. L'hotel conserve le charme et l'atmosphère de l'ancienne tradition ombrienne rurale.
Toutes les chambres comportent des services: télévision et téléphone; L'ensemble comporte aussi une piscine, des zones vertes pour les jeunes et les enfants, un court de volleyball et un court de tennis.

Il dispose de 4 Appartements ( de 2 a 4 personnes) meublés et fonctionnels. Pour nos invités nous avons un Parking non payant. Il ya aussi une Chambre pour personnes handicapées. En proximité de l’ Agritourisme Casenuove il y a des installations sportives ( Manège, Golf, Terrain de Tennis, etc.)

On ressent tout de suite la fascination des vieilles maisons rurales dès qu'on entre, parce que les murs sont peints en couleurs chaudes et tendres ce qui crée une atmosphère particulière.
Dans les plafons les briques en terracotta et les poutres en bois originaux ont été conservés. L'atmosphère des salles de séjour avec leurs sols en terracotta et les vieux cheminées en briques est invitante. Les cuisines ont été réalisés selon les vieilles normes et sont decorées avec des carreaux émaillés.
Les portes intérieures ont des cerrures en fer comme auparavent. L'intérieur est complété par des rideaux, qui créent une lumière hors de l'habituel, ainsi que par des cadres et des décorations qui attirent l'attention.
En plus des détails d'après l'ancienne tradition il y a aussi le comfort moderne: Electro-ménagers, coffre-fort, vitres doubles, TV satellite, chauffage centrale.
Borgo Santa Maria est situé en Umbria dans la commune Monteleone d' Orvieto près de la frontière Lazio et Toscana.

Une demeure du 16ème siècle, au milieu de la nature où la paix et la tranquillité sont souvraines et crèent une atmosphère intime et magique.C’est un morceau de l’histoire de l’Umbria qui se révèle après avoir parcouru une route blanche au milieu des bois, qui débouche à Meone Vecchio.
Cette demeure a été reportée à son antique splendeur, tout en la rendent confortable et fonctionelle, grace à une restauration trés soigneuse avec materiels bio-compatibles en maintenant les caractéristiques et les structures originelles en pierre, brique, carreau cuit et bois.
Tiziano e Patrizia, qui dirigent la demeure énergiquement et très chaleureusement sont arrivés à Meone il y a cinq ans.
Depuis lors ils ont travaillés avec passion à leur projet; la restauration de la demeure, toujours en préservant les caractéristiques d’origine. Poutres en bois , murs en pierre, carrelages, cheminées d’origine, tout en rajoutant les conforts modernes.
La demeure est divisée en 5 appartements qui sont autonomes et indépendants de 1,2,3 chambres à coucher, avec des intérieurs rustiques mais très acceuillants. Toutes les pièces sont différentes et chacune a sa personnalité. Les appartements sont meublés avec de beaux meubles antiques qui sont parfaitement en armonie avec la demeure. Tiziano les a restaurés personnellement en utilisant des produits et des peintures eco-compatibles.

L’Hôtel Restaurant Villa Ciconia de Orvieto est un hôtel luxueux à 4 étoiles dans un immeuble noble datant de 1500. Après une restauration minutieuse la structure a gardé ses caractéristiquesi tratti tipici, murs de pierres, lieux vaste set élégants et un grand Parc-Jardin. La structure a été entièrement restaurée, en fer forgé par des artisans et carrelages en granit. Notre petite entreprise agricole"Fiordaliso" est née avec l'intention d'exploiter la cultivation et la production d'huile d'olive extra vierge de première qualité DOP. Sur les collines de Trevi, dans une position unique et ensoleillée, au milieu de 700 oliviers, il y avait une vieille maison avec des dépendances. Le corps central de la maison fait en pierres et conservé dans sa construction originale lors des travaux de restauration, remonte à la fin du XVe siècle quand c'était une petite chapelle de campagne. Au début du siècle dernier, cette structure a été élargie pour en faire une ferme qui est maintenant complètement renouvelée en respectant toutes les particularités et créant ainsi notre maison de campagne "Fiordaliso". Outre l'italien, nous parlons francais, anglais et allemand et nous sommes à votre entière disposition pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible

In this context, just 2 km from Fonti del Clitunno, on the slopes of Trevi, city entered to belong to the prestigious national circuit "I Borghi Più Belli D'Italia", lies Casa Giulia, an old landholder’s home from the 17th century that still belongs to the same family. Recently transformed into an elite guesthouse, we offer our guests a taste of relaxation and tranquility.
The house has 7 spacious rooms, four of which have air conditioning, all rooms are furnished with period places and one has frescoes dating from the 17th century showing views of the valley.
