... albergo con ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo; sicuramente; se avrò occasione di tornare a Torino, so già dove alloggiare

... Buon albergo silenzioso e pulitissimo, a colazione poche cose per chi non può assumere carboidrati. però si sta benissimo.

... Hotel was located in a different location than what was stated in l the promotional material on the internet, thus we thought we were staying much closer to the center of Torino. The hotel room was very nice, but we had to spend the first evening, in our room, with no working heat (due to technical problem) while the temperature outside hoovered near 0 degrees celcius. The heating was fixed by the 2nd night of our stay. That said, nothing was offered to us as a result of the lack of heat. That is okay, but, being in the hospitality industry, I found there to be a slight disconnect between guest and operators of the hotel. Also, the price of the room did not include any of the hotels amenities...that is too bad...seeing that we were the only guests in the hotel, the amenities went unused. We enjoyed Torino, and would go back to the city to explore it in more depth.

Il Gestore:
appena esposto il problema, la sera stessa, siccome nelle altre camere il riscaldamento funzionava, gli è stato proposto di cambiare stanza. E gli è stato proposto piu' di una volta. La sera e anche la mattina seguente. Non hanno voluto spostarsi. Evidentemente non faceva poi cosi' freddo. I problemi possono sempre capitare e noi siamo stati disponibilissimi. Inoltre in molti Hotel la SPA non è inclusa nel prezzo. Sfido qualsiasi albergo a dare una quadrupla a 120,00 con la SPA inclusa. Almeno a Torino non si travano. Vorrei far notare che siamo l'unico tre stelle a Torino con un servizio di questo genere. Giudizi troppo bassi per la nostra Struttura, che ha rifiutato la classificazione di 4 stelle, solo per essere piu' vicino come rapporto qualita'/prezzo alla clientela. Inoltre ribadisco che l'Hotel è in centro ed è ubicato al confine della ZTL come è espressamente indicato sulla mappa.

... Camere arredate con gusto. Personale cortese e disponibile, ma sopratutto pulitissimo.
