Clients can pay in 3 different ways

Offerhotel creates Web pages of the highest quality to describe in the best possible way every facility inserting detailed information such as characteristics, location, how to arrive, immages, maps, neighbouring attractions, services, accepted credit cards, tariffs and room availability in any day of the year.

Feedback of Offerhotel Clients

• We have carried out a system of feedback for our Clients, in order to distinguish mostly the quality of the structures. At the end of the stay after check-out, any user who has booked can fill in a questionnaire to express his numerical judgement (from 1 to 10) on the most important services offered by the structure and finally leave a comment on the structure where he has stayed.

Management of the system online

• Every registered structure has the possibility (through ?User? Password e ID hotel), to enter in its dedicated management area where it is possible to insert various information on the structure. With a simple and intuitive system it is possible to update the availability of the rooms in real time. It is also possible to consult all the received bookings and verify the information of the Clients.Entering in the invoicing area it is possible to examine the monthly summary with details of the commissions.
