What is it? How does it work?
Our members take advantage of all the benefits without any costs, the system is very simple, you must send us your bookings, the more bookings you bring us the more you will earn. We guarantee you earnings of 8% on the net total of the bookings carried out and brought to a successful conclusion by your clients.
The hoteliers insert into our system the daily availability of the various types of rooms available within their structure. There in fact, if you search you will have the possibility of checking the immediate availability of the rooms and therefore will be able to book and confirm directly and print out the voucher for your client.

What is the voucher?
The voucher is a sheet of paper, that you will print out directly from our system as soon as the booking has been made. You will give this to your client who in turn will give it to the hotel when checking - in so he will be recognised. The voucher contains all the necessary details of the booking such as, the clients details, the arrival date, departure date, type of room type of service, the booking reference, type of payment made (prepayment by bank transfer or money order) or to make (the client has inserted  his credit card number as guarantee that he will pay for the accommodation directly in the hotel), the total amount and the maximum cancellation terms.

How do I check the output of the system?
By your User and Password which we will let you know when you are set-up you can gain access to your member’s administration panel, where at any moment you can consult in real time the statistics relative to the number of visitors, the bookings and the commission that have been generated, available 24 / 7.

How can you recognise the bookings coming from an affiliated agency?
You can recognise the bookings using the identification code present in the link which you will receive and which you must click onto, to gain access to Offerhotel website and to be recognised. Through this code naturally different for each member, we register the bookings and therefore the commission that is generated.

How and when is the commission paid?
The commission produced thanks to your membership will be credited* on reaching a minimum of or more than 100€ , in order to avoid small and casual payments, and settled in 30 days at the end of the month, after the month’s end in which the booking is made, by Bank transfer.

*The commission for the booking will be credited if it has reached a successful conclusion
(the user has the possibility of cancelling the booking within the expected  terms of cancellation as indicated by the hotel itself.)
