ROLAX is a little 2-room flat in a quiet hill position nearby the town centre of medieval Perugia. It is an apartment with all equipment to permit you a self-boarding stay with a maximum of independence.
You will find ROLAX at only 5 km from the town centre of Perugia and at the same distance from the E 45 motorway Roma-Cesena. Only 200 away there is a supermarket, a winebar, newspapers and hair stylist; at about 1 km you will find an Agriturismo” farm offering healthy country food for your dinner in the evening.
Come Arrivare
From the E 45 motorway (Ravenna-Orte) do not exit for Perugia, but take the exit "Ponte Felcino" (situated between the exits "Bosco-Gubbio" and "Ponte Valleceppi"). Continue west, on to Ponte Rio. There, turn right immediately, following the road signs for Montelaguardia.

The apartment has a bedroom for two persons and a living room with kitchen, where one another person can sleep. The bathrom has a bathtub and a washing machine. There is also a little balcony, allowing you to take some sun or to have breakfast outside.
At the check-in we ask you to leave, together with payment, a deposit of 100 Euro, which we will return to you give at the check-out. The price does not include bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning, which has to be done by the client. Anyway clients will find the flat clean when arriving.
Attrazioni
The village of Montelaguardia offers you the possibility for nice walks between olive trees with beautiful views to Assisi and the Valle Umbra. By car you can also easily reach the other medieval towns of the green” region of Umbria (for example Gubbio, Assisi, Montefalco, Spoleto...), or make a trip to the well known Lago Trasimeno with its two islands and beautiful sunsets.
The town of Perugia awaits you with a lot of artistic and historical curiosities, but also with two well known festivals: Umbria Jazz” in july, and Eurochocolate” in october. When in town there will be many tourists, you will apreciate ROLAX for its comfort, but also for its quiet position.
