The fascination of the old rural house can be felt upon entering the houses, whose walls are characterized by warm and mellow colors which create a special atmosphere.
The ceilings preserve the original wooden beams and terracotta tiles. The atmosphere of the living rooms, with their terracotta floors, old brick fireplaces and old restored furniture, is warm and inviting. The kitchens have built-in cabinets decorated with ceramic tiles.
The interior doors, as in the old rural tradition, have iron latches in place of the more modern handles. The furnishings are completed by colored curtains, which give an unusual light, and by framed pictures and hanging crafts, which will catch your attention.
In addition to the details of the old tradition, the structure offers many modern comforts such as: appliances, a safe, double-pane windows, satellite TV, and decentralized heating.
The resort is about 800 m. from the town of Santa Maria, where you can find a supermarket, newspapers, a pharmacy, pizzeria and restaurants. Banks, Post Office and Railway station are located in Fabro Scalo, about 4 Km from Borgo Santa Maria.

Our farm situated on the hills near Trevi, a small but beautiful town, was founded with the intention to exploit the cultivation of olive trees and the production of extra vergin olive oil. Among these sevenhundred olive trees, in a unique and sunny position, there also was an old decadent house with outbuildings. The central part of the house which has been preserved in its original brick construction, dates back to the end of the 15th century when it has been used as a country chapel.
At the beginning of the last century it has been enlarged transforming the whole structure into a farm which has now been accurately restored maintaining its original style and thus giving rise to our holiday farm-house "Fiordaliso". You will find a combination of deeply rooted agricultural aptitude and accurate hospitality experienced in various sectors and surroundings.
The languages spoken are English, French and German and you will be welcomed with utmost attention and courtesy helping to transform your stay in Umbria into a pleasant holiday immersed in nature, culture and relaxation. |

The Country house and its dependence which forms the Agriturismo "I Mori Gelsi" are placed in the heart of cultivated fields, close to AN hill of vineyards. It Is surrounded by a fully fenced private garden with swimmng pool (5x10), fruit trees, aromatic herbs and flowers. It has been vertically divided into two big Apartments, while the dependence Is formed by one little independent unit. Furthermore, each apartment has a private wooden lighted gazebo in the garden to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.

We are in Italy's great heart, in Umbria, land of saints and pilgrims, just a few miles away from entering Tuscanian valleys, Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia. An ideal position for travelling in Italian history and countryside, along the wine and oil paths and in artistic towns, where nature and culture offer an overwhelming gift of marvels, from the Middle Age to the Renaissance, from mounts covered in forests to lakeside resorts, crossing over hills and high plains, where human settlements are only sparse and in sound harmony with the environment.
In this privileged location, on the village boundaries, bordered by centuries old trees and flowering edges, is situated " LA LOCANDA DEL BORGO", a rural development which, established in the 15 th century, was then modified and enlarged in the following centuries, arriving in the today's as an aristocratic country-house.
Restoration and refurbishment have redefined the spaces by respecting the original architecture and rebuilding with recovery materials, as it was handed down over centuries, such as greystone and brickwork floors, robust oak and chestnut wood beams and some antique fixtures. |

Nature and relaxation in the green heart of Umbria.
A 16th-century farmhouse set amid unspoiled woodland where peace and quiet create a cosy and magical atmosphere. A charming piece of Umbrian history which discloses its beauty from the dirt road that leads to Meone Vecchio through the woods.
Beautifully preserved thanks to an environment-friendly restoration that preserved its original characteristics, it has also been made comfortable and functional.
Tiziano and Patrizia, who run the place with energy and warmth, came here five years ago and started their labour of love, the restoration of Meone Vecchio, preserving its fine character—beamed ceilings, stone walls, cotto floors, original fireplace—while adding modern comforts.
The farmhouse is divided into five 1-2-3-bedroom suites, with stylish rural while snug interiors—none are the same and each has its own flair. The apartments are furnished with fine antique furniture perfectly suited to the building. Tiziano himself did the restoration using environment-friendly products and paints. |

We would like to welcome you to my property estate consisting in 3 casale villas-all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic wiew, and impressives very old trees park of pines that are the simbol of the little village below.
The apartments are from a minimum of 45 to an average space of 100 square metres, all of them have been restored taking care to leave the original structure, they are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with antique articles together with modern conforts as satellite color television. We also have a tower room (on the top of the casolare with terrific view) used as double or triple of about 40 square meters and bathroom with bath-tub.
